Why do you always blame your obesity on others and not on yourself? In the end, it is you who makes the decisions for yourself. Although others might be able to influence it, you have the ultimate power over your own health.
That’s like asking why depressed people have to be depressed or why anxious people have to have anxiety? It’s a psychological condition. Yeah, part of it is my fault.. but it’s not as easy as it looks.
And like I said, unlike the 40% of Americans who are obese, I wouldn’t be classified as obese. If you think I’m obese you obviously are imagining something a bit more extreme. I’m just a bit heavier than the target weight for my height. And let’s just say.. I’m not the shortest girl around.
And also…. just in case you didn’t know.. after starting my diet I’ve lost 13 pounds in the last three weeks so you can just leave. Or stay if you want I don’t want to sound mean lol
